My Top Priorities

Affordability

As a Mom, I understand how hard it is to afford the basics for your family these days. Rising costs are putting pressure on households across Strathcona County, and families need real relief. I will work everyday to make life more affordable for you and the ones you love.

  • Implementing targeted property tax rebates to help families make ends meet

  • Introducing tax breaks on affordable housing 

  • Immediately work to reduce utility costs on Strathcona County households 

  • Investment in community services to make them better for Strathcona seniors

People deserve to feel safe in Strathcona County. I've heard from residents about vandalism, graffiti, and break-ins-this cannot continue. I will push for more frontline officers, and broad measures to improve public safety and reduce crime.

  • Hire more police officers and aggressively lobby the provincial government to cover the cost

  • Expand neighborhood watch programs and public safety education programs offered in Strathcona Communities 

  • Expanding bike patrol services for RCMP & Enforcement Services, increasing visible presence in our communities

  • Enhance traffic safety with better signage, crosswalks, and pedestrian-friendly infrastructure to keep everyone safe on the roads.   

Bringing Community Together

 I have a plan that will deliver real results for Strathcona County- a community I've proudly served for so long. From expanding essential services to fostering economic growth, I will work to build a stronger, more connected community for all of us.

  • Creating a Local Investment Attraction Taskforce to bring industry and job opportunities to the County

  • Advocate for the expansion of local hospital services to meet the growing healthcare needs of our resident's

  • Support the construction of a new firehall for Emerald Hills and Aspen Trails

  • Enhance and expand public transportation across the County

  • Strengthen local mental health programs and services

  • Enhance arts, culture, and recreation services to support community well-being for all ages
